As part of Meitu’s global growth team, you will help our flagship AI-powered imaging tools (such as BeautyPlus, Picchi, and next-gen AI creative apps) crack the code with young Japanese audiences through authentic content, strategic creator partnerships, and an unapologetically visual growth playbook. What You’ll Do Own the Social & Influencer Engine: Dream up and produce native viral content for Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube Shorts. Build and nurture an active network of local KOLs, KOCs, and nano-creators — managing everything from initial outreach and PR gifting to performance tracking, ensuring every collaboration drives real, measurable user acquisition. Steer In-App Vibe & Visual Storytelling: Work hands-on with templates, filters, AI styles, and in-app challenges to ensure every visual asset feels completely natural and trendy to Japanese users. Optimize the end-to-end user journey: from social discovery $\rightarrow$ App Store conversion $\rightarrow$ first edit $\rightarrow$ subscription retention. Be Our Eyes and Ears on the Ground: Spot shifting trends in Japanese youth culture, evolving photo aesthetics (e.g., Toumeikan), app UX preferences, and competitor moves before they hit the mainstream. Translate these insights into concrete, actionable product and content initiatives for our global HQ team.

Native to Japanese Youth Culture: Whether you grew up in Japan or have spent 3+ years deeply immersed in local life, you intuitively know what feels Kawaii (かわいい), Oshare (おしゃれ), or culturally spot-on for local Gen Z and young millennials. Imaging App Power User: You probably have five or more photo/video editing apps on your phone and hold strong opinions on which filter captures the perfect aesthetic. You genuinely enjoy the creative process of curating the "perfect shot." Growth & Social Marketer: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media operations, influencer marketing, user growth, or content marketing. You understand how platform recommendation algorithms work and have a proven track record of turning content into user growth. AI & Creative Tech Enthusiast: Curious about AIGC and AI visual tools. You instinctively know how to package complex AI capabilities into trendy, "must-try" moments that feel fresh and shareable on social feeds. Language Skills: Native-level Japanese with the ability to write punchy, internet-savvy copy that sounds like an authentic digital native rather than a traditional corporate brand. Business-level Chinese or English for seamless, cross-functional collaboration with our global HQ. Bonus Points Active Creator Presence: You run your own active social accounts (Instagram, TikTok, X, Red/小红书, etc.) and naturally understand what makes content pop and build an audience.
