Manager, Nursing Practice, Quality & Safety
岗位职责
. Performs robation and annual employee performance evaluation.
Continuous Professional Development Pursues continuous professional development in accordance with professional registration or statutory requirements.
Other Duties as Required Practices a high level of integrity and honesty in maintaining confidentiality. Assists the Director and performs other job related duties as required.

. Works with other departments within the organization in meeting JCI and other local regulatory agency standards. Conducts tracers to maintain continuous accreditation readiness.
Quality and Safety Education Plans and conducts quality and safety trainings to nursing staff on a variety of topics related to safety and quality programs, initiatives and awareness. Conduct orientation on quality and safety for new nurses, nursing students and residents. Acts as a mentor to the quality and safety link nurses.
