血液肿瘤医生 Hematologist

Provide international standard Hematology treatment for the in-patient patients.

Follow the evidence based clinical practice policies

Lead care teams comprising of nurses and allied health professionals to provide team-based care to patients

Collaborate with surgical oncologists, radiation oncologists, nurses and allied health professionals to develop a multi-disciplinary care model

Provide expertise in the development of a clinical research program, working closely with the Clinical Trials team.

Equally share call/coverage duties

Daily inpatient ward round for his/her own patients

Meet Standards of professional conduct and courtesy

Appropriate code, document and submit charges in a timely manner

Provide administrative support and committee assignments as requested

Participate in Fellow training when requested

Attend MAO-physicians meeting, departmental meetings, Grand Round, Committee meetings and CEO meeting when asked for EXPERIENCES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES：

Valid Medical license

Board Certified/Board Eligible (or equivalent) in oncology

Medical degree (or equivalent) from an approved medical school

Completion of residency training in Oncology

Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice in oncology experience

Fluency in Mandarin and English required

Qualified in Basic Life Support
