Key responsibilities Lead and develop the store team through coaching, feedback and day-to-day support Foster an inclusive, high-performing and collaborative team culture Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and implementing relevant action plans Deliver strong commercial performance while maintaining the highest standards of client experience Build and strengthen long-term client relationships through the team Oversee store operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, policies and procedures Manage store performance, resources and budget effectively Partner with relevant stakeholders to support talent development, recruitment and succession planning Ensure the store environment is maintained to the highest standards and reflects the Maison’s image
