   负责中东、东南亚、墨西哥等海外市场的特许经营业务拓展，制定区域市场进入策略与拓展计划。

   开发并筛选潜在加盟商，完成加盟商资质评估、商务谈判、合同签署及落地支持。

   负责重点市场的选址评估，结合商圈分析、客流数据、竞争格局等输出选址建议，确保新店质量。

   建立并维护与当地地产方、政府机构、行业协会等外部资源的良好关系，降低拓展阻力。

   协同内部商品、运营、法务、财务等部门，完成新市场进入的可行性分析与投资回报测算。

   跟踪市场动态与竞争对手动向，定期输出市场洞察报告，为总部决策提供依据。

   Responsible for franchise business developmentin overseas markets such as the Middle East,Southeast Asia, and Mexico,formulating regionalmarket entry strategies and expansion plans.

   Identify and screen potential franchise partners,conduct

assessments,lead businessnegotiations, contract signing,and support post-signing implementation.

   Conduct site selection assessments in keymarkets, integrating trade area analysis,trafficdata, and competitive landscape to provide siterecommendations and ensure new store quality.

   Establish and maintain strong relationships withlocal landlords,government agencies,industryassociations,and other external resources tofacilitate expansion.

   Collaborate with internal departments(merchandising, operations, legal, finance,etc.)tocomplete feasibility analysis and ROl assessmentfor new market entries.

   Monitor market trends and competitormovements,regularly produce market insightreports to support HQ decision-making. 二、任职资格：

   本科及以上学历，国际商务、经济学、房地产管理、市场营销等相关专业优先。 2.8年以上国际零售品牌海外市场拓展、特许经营开发或选址管理经验，拥有中东、东南亚或墨西哥成功落地案例者优先。

   英语商务谈判能力流利，具备高阶商务沟通技巧与跨文化谈判能力。

   具备数据驱动的决策能力，能够独立完成投资回报分析与商业测算。

    适应高频海外差旅，自我驱动，具备从0到1的市场开拓精神。

    Bachelor's degree or above,preferably inInternational Business, Economics, Real EstateManagement,Marketing,or related fields. 2.8+ years of experience in overseas marketexpansion,franchise development,or siteselection management within international retailbrands; proven track record in the Middle East,Southeast Asia,or Mexico is preferred.

    Fluent in business-level English, with advancedbusiness communication skills and cross-culturalnegotiation capabilities.

    Data-driven decision-making ability, capable ofindependently conducting ROl analysis andfinancial modeling.

    Willingness to travel overseas frequently, self-motivated, and possess an entrepreneurialmindset for market development.
