研发项目管理实习生

协同项目管理，跟进项目计划执行情况、会议待办、监控项目风险，形成报表及汇报材料，完成各节点输出物收集整理；协助项目经理进行各节点任务的下达及工作过程跟踪协调；

协助项目经理组织项目日清会、周例会、月度例会，总指挥会议，记录会议并结合会议待办/决议，跟进工作开展；定期更新会议模板及会议架构；

协助项目经理跟踪项目各阶段的风险/问题，进行识别及预防，及时采取风险预防措施；

协助编制部门月度预算，管控部门预算执行情况；

协助完成研发经理交办的其他事项

学历要求：本科、硕士在读；

专业要求：车辆工程、机械相关专业优先；

对汽车行业有一定认识，行业认同度高，有志于汽车行业长期发展

具备良好的问题分析与解决能力、沟通能力，良好的逻辑分析能力以及沟通协调能力。

有海外留学或工作经历，英语、中文可作为工作语言，会马来语优先

至少可实习3个月以上，表现优秀可考虑毕业后转正入职 Job Responsibilities

Support project management, follow up on the implementation of project plans and action items from meetings, monitor project risks, prepare regular reports and presentation materials, and collect and organize deliverables at each project milestone. Assist the project manager in assigning milestone tasks and tracking and coordinating daily work progress.

Assist the project manager in organizing daily stand-ups, weekly regular meetings and monthly review meetings; take overall charge of meeting arrangements, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on the execution of action items and resolutions confirmed in meetings. Regularly optimize and update meeting templates and meeting management frameworks.

Assist the project manager in identifying, analyzing and preventing risks & issues in each project phase, and implement targeted risk mitigation measures in a timely manner.

Assist in preparing the departmental monthly budget, and monitor and control the actual budget execution.

Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the R&D manager. Job Requirements

Education: Undergraduate or postgraduate students currently in school.

Major: Preference given to Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and related majors.

Basic understanding of the automotive industry with strong recognition of the industry, and willingness to develop a long-term career in the automotive sector.

Solid ability in problem analysis and problem-solving, excellent communication, logical thinking and cross-team coordination skills.

Overseas study or work experience; fluent in both English and Chinese as working languages; proficiency in Malay is a plus.

Able to intern for no less than 3 months. Outstanding interns will be offered full-time permanent positions after graduation.
