（6775）Administrative Officer (Video Production) 行政专员（视频制作）

/岗位职责

1. 01

   Lead the overall strategy and creative direction of teaching and learning innovation related video content (e.g., in-depth interviews, event highlights, concept promotional films), independently driving topic selection, scriptwriting, and storyboard design. 负责教学创新相关视频内容（包括人物专访、活动纪实、概念宣传片等）的整体策划与创意构思，独立完成选题策划、脚本撰写、分镜设计。

2. 02

   Oversee the video production process, including pre-production (shooting, lighting, camera operation, on-site coordination) and post-production (editing, color grading, motion graphics, audio mixing, and final export). 主导视频创作全流程：从前期拍摄、布光、运镜、现场统筹，到后期剪辑、调色、包装、音效混音、成片输出。

3. 03

   Support other promotional efforts related to teaching innovation, including graphic design, copywriting, and content creation as needed. 支持其他教学创新宣传工作，如平面设计、稿件撰写等。

4. 04

   Other duties as assigned by the supervisor. 完成主管指派的其他工作

Requirements/任职要求

1. 01

   Bachelor's degree or above; experience in higher education or public sector organizations is a plus. 本科及以上学历，有高等教育或公共组织工作背景者优先。

2. 02

   At least 1 year of work experience in video strategy and production, with a strong editorial/directorial mindset and proven project execution abilities. 1年及以上视频策划与制作相关经验，具备编导思维和项目执行能力。

3. 03

   Proficiency in PR/AE/PS/AI and other relevant post-production and design software. 熟练使用PR/AE/PS/AI等后期与设计软件。

4. 04

   Strong communication and multitasking abilities, with a collaborative mindset. 具备优秀的沟通与多任务统筹能力，适配团队协作。

5. 05

   Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese. 具备良好的中英文沟通能力。 This is a Mainland appointment, and the appointee will be offered a contract by HKUST(GZ) entity in accordance with the Mainland labor laws and regulations.
