Monetization Product Intern 商业化产品实习生

Assist the monetization product team with user research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify AI product growth opportunities.

Support the optimization of subscription, membership, and value-added features, including requirement analysis, solution design, and performance tracking.

Analyze user behavior data and product feedback to identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and monetization performance.

Support research and optimization of pricing strategies, entitlement systems, and payment flows.

Collaborate with product, operations, design, engineering, and data teams to support monetization initiatives and product iterations.

Track AI and SaaS monetization trends, analyze industry cases, and provide insights into product growth and revenue opportunities.

协助商业化产品团队开展用户需求分析、竞品研究和市场调研，探索 AI 产品商业化增长机会；

参与订阅、会员、增值权益等商业化功能的优化，协助进行需求分析、方案整理和效果追踪；

基于用户行为数据和产品反馈，分析用户转化、留存及付费路径，挖掘产品体验优化机会；

协助开展价格策略、权益体系、付费流程等方向的研究和优化支持；

参与商业化项目推进，与产品、运营、设计、研发、数据等团队协作，支持产品迭代；

关注 AI 产品及 SaaS 产品商业化趋势，整理行业案例，输出市场分析和商业化洞察。

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.

Strong interest in AI products, internet products, and product monetization, with a desire to learn about growth and revenue strategies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel is required, and experience with SQL or Python is a plus.

Strong research skills with the ability to conduct competitor analysis, industry research, and user insights analysis.

Good communication and collaboration skills, strong ownership, and the ability to learn quickly and take initiative.

Previous internship experience in product management, growth, data analysis, or experience with AI products is preferred.

本科及以上学历，计算机、商科、经济等相关专业优先；

对互联网产品、AI 产品及商业化增长方向有浓厚兴趣，希望深入了解产品变现和增长逻辑；

具备较好的数据分析能力和逻辑思考能力，熟悉 Excel 等数据分析工具，有 SQL、Python 使用经验者优先；

具备较强的信息搜集和研究能力，能够完成竞品分析、行业研究和用户需求整理；

具备良好的沟通协作能力，责任心强，能够快速学习并主动推进工作；

有产品、增长、数据分析相关实习经历，或有 AI 产品经验者优先。
