Cell Therapy Safety Operations Intern

Safety report handling:

·Monitor and manage emails in the safety public mailbox on a daily basis.

·Support handling of safety reports, including record case details in the tracking list, triage, coordinate case review, oversight of submission/exchange, archiving.

·Support monthly reconciliation activities with the Global Safety Database or with study teams.

·Support monthly random Argus QC activities for selected cases.

·Support periodic documentation quality check activities.

·Support the filing and management of the PV shared folder.

·Assist with communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders, such as the study team and vendors, regarding safety reports.

Other work:

·Provide other ad hoc operational support as assigned by the team.

Qualifications

·Background in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Public Health, or a related field.

·Good communication and coordination skills.

·Good written and spoken English.

·Strong self-motivation and execution skills.
