   总管文远知行仿真算法方向，带领和扩建团队。

   制订技术和战略路线，领导技术攻坚，带领团队持续创新。

3. 03

   设计、实现和优化现有与下一代仿真算法与模型，包括智能障碍物（车辆、行人、非机动车辆等）行为模型、评估模型和基于场景的数据挖掘。

4. 04

   开发工具和自动化系统，处理大规模真实交通数据，并用于模型训练。

5. 05

   与文远其它部门密切合作，实现安全快速的软件算法迭代。这些部门包括：感知、决策规划、定位等等。 基本要求:

   计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历 2.3年及以上相关工作经验

7. 03

   精通C++和Python，1年及以上在大型项目使用modern C++的经验

8. 04

   有丰富的开发、优化和产品化深度学习模型的经验

9. 05

   精通常见的数据结构与算法

10. 06

    熟悉常见的深度学习软硬件开发

   精通GNN、Transformer、BERT、LSTM等深度学习模型

   精通强化学习或者其他决策模型

   Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field 2.3+ years of relevant work experience

   Proficiency in C++ and Python, including 1+ years of modern C++ in production environment

   Experience with developing, optimizing and productizing deep learning model.

   Solid understanding of common data structure and algorithm.

   Experience with common deep learning software and hardware. Plus:
