Oversee timely store construction, managing site selection, design, decoration and opening end-to-end; coordinate internal teams to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery. Manage store operations by implementing strategies for staffing, inventory and customer service to optimize efficiency and quality; execute sales/promotional plans to boost brand image and performance; monitor data to adjust strategies for goal achievement. Lead store team management and training, developing plans to enhance overall team quality and service standards. Conduct regular market research on competitors and trends to inform store development; analyze customer feedback and propose improvements to elevate experience.,1.
