Technical Support Engineer

Perform service, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions on Air-Cooled and Water-Cooled Chillers, including screw, scroll, and centrifugal systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues in chiller and HVAC systems. Manage site execution for data center cooling projects, including planning, installation oversight, and coordination with contractors and OEM teams. Support upgrades, retrofits, and energy-efficiency improvements in existing data center cooling infrastructure. Review technical drawings, submittals, and project documents for accuracy and compliance. Maintain detailed service reports, performance logs, and documentation for all equipment. , and customer operational protocols. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians. Interface with customers regularly to provide updates, clarify technical issues, and ensure completion of service and project tasks. Participate in root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring issues. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, project management, engineering) for seamless service and project delivery. Timely submission of Root cause analysis and reports to customers. Skills and Experience Experience with project execution, installation supervision, and HVAC commissioning. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills. Familiarity with safety standards, industry best practices, and energy-efficiency improvements. OEM chiller training or certifications and project management experience are advantageous.
