Job Responsibilities (Job Description)

1. 01

   Corpus & Keyword Building (AI-Enabled): Leverage AI tools to discover and organize industry keywords, long-tail keywords, and common search expressions in the target language. Help build and continuously maintain a localized corpus and a dedicated terminology glossary.

2. 02

   Product Copy Localization & Quality Control: Participate in multilingual translation and proofreading of website and product interface content. Help establish and refine an "AI first draft + human review" copy quality-control mechanism to ensure output is accurate and natural.

3. 03

   Core Funnel Experience Optimization: Based on the language habits and cultural context of the target market, provide localization suggestions and UX/UI copywriting optimization for core product pages and key conversion paths, improving the experience for overseas users.

   SEO & International Content Growth: Actively participate in multilingual SEO strategy execution and content operations. By optimizing page content and the search experience, help increase natural search traffic, click-through rates, and conversion for multilingual sites. 岗位职责（Job Description）

   语料库与关键词建设（AI赋能）： 借助 AI 工具挖掘并整理目标语言的行业关键词、长尾词及常用搜索表达，协助建立并持续维护本地化语料库与专属术语表。

   产品文案本地化与质量把控： 参与网站及产品界面的多语言翻译与校对工作，协助搭建并完善“AI初译+人工复核”的文案质量把控机制，确保输出内容准确、地道。

   核心链路体验优化： 结合目标市场的语言习惯与文化背景，为产品核心页面与关键转化路径提供本地化表达及 UX/UI 文案优化建议，提升海外用户体验。

   SEO与海外内容增长： 深度参与多语言 SEO 策略执行与内容运营，通过优化页面内容与搜索体验，助力提升多语言站点的自然搜索流量、点击率及转化效果。

Basic Requirements

1. 01

   Solid Language Foundation: Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Spanish, French, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Portuguese, or Italian (with TEM-8 or an equivalent highest-level language certification). Strong reading and comprehension skills in both Chinese and English. Excellent language intuition, with the ability to accurately assess the accuracy, naturalness, and localization quality of translations.

   Embracing Cutting-Edge Technology: Strong interest in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude), 3D generation, design tools, gaming, animation, or creative products. Eager to explore the application of AI in language and content fields.

   Meticulous & Execution-Oriented: Detail-oriented and responsible at work, with solid logical and organizational skills. Able to systematically record localization issues using standardized templates and deliver high-quality suggestions for improvement. Bonus Qualifications (Preferred)

   Local Cultural Insight: Familiarity with the expression habits, search preferences, popular culture, or content ecosystems of the target language country/region.

5. 02

   Relevant Experience: Internship or project experience in translation, localization testing (LQA), content operations, SEO, or overseas marketing.

   拥抱前沿科技： 对 AI 工具（如 ChatGPT、Claude 等）、3D 生成、设计工具、游戏、动画或创作类产品有浓厚兴趣，乐于探索 AI 在语言和内容领域的应用。

   严谨细致与执行力： 工作细心负责，具备良好的逻辑整理能力，能规范地使用模板记录本地化问题，并输出高质量的修改建议。
