1.Plan- You will be making sales projections, identifying risks/ out-of-stock issues, managing the supply chain, and forecasting for future seasons. Build ladder plan utilizing statistical models to make key business decisions.

2.Analyze -Monitor and report on key replenishment metrics, forecast accuracy, pipeline inventory, and service as indicated by specified retailers. We are a data driven team, so your actions will be backed by your data analysis.

3.Strategize- Use data-driven decision-making and sound business judgement to determine your strategy to help future business growth and forecasting opportunities. You will be working closely with the sales and marketing teams to make recommendations.

4.Present- Partner with cross-functional teams to build business case analysis for key presentation to stakeholders.

1.Proficient in Excel, Python, SQL with a strong focus on data processing and analysis.

2.Basic understanding of database principles.

3.Experience with Power Query or Power Bl is a plus.

4.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

5.Interest or background in the toys and FMCG industries.

6.Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

7.Outgoing personality with the ability to engage effectively with colleaques and stakeholders.
