土木工程高级研发工程师（桥梁、道路与隧道方向 / 海外背景）(J49259)

1. 在桥梁工程、道路工程、隧道及地下工程等领域开展研究与开发工作，包括但不限于结构设计与优化、新型建造工艺、结构健康监测、防灾减灾与韧性提升等技术方向；

2. 主导或参与土木工程行业标准的制修订工作，包括标准立项、起草、技术论证与宣贯实施；跟踪研究国际主流标准体系（如 ISO、AASHTO、Eurocode、BS 等），开展中外标准对比与国际化对接研究；

3. 通过内外部协作，开发和评估新技术、新工艺、新方法和新系统，以提升桥梁、道路、隧道等基础设施在规划、设计、建造与运维全生命周期内的效率、安全性和可持续性；

4. 通过文献综述、数据分析、现场与实验室实验对研究成果进行验证，并将成果转化为标准条文、技术指南或工程应用方案；

5. 与国内外高校、科研院所、设计院及施工企业等建立并维护长期合作关系，跟踪土木工程领域的最新技术趋势与标准动态。

1. Conduct research and development in the fields of bridge engineering, road (highway) engineering, and tunnel & underground engineering, including but not limited to structural design and optimization, advanced construction techniques, structural health monitoring, hazard prevention, and resilience enhancement;

2. Lead or participate in the development and revision of civil engineering industry standards, including project initiation, drafting, technical verification, and implementation; track major international standards systems (e.g., ISO, AASHTO, Eurocode, BS), and conduct comparative studies between Chinese and international standards to support international alignment;

3. Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and evaluate new technologies, methods, and systems to improve the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of bridges, roads, and tunnels across the whole life cycle of planning, design, construction, and operation;

4. Conduct literature reviews, analyze data, and carry out field and laboratory experiments to verify research findings, and translate the results into standard provisions, technical guidelines, or engineering solutions;

5. Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with universities, research institutions, design institutes, and contractors at home and abroad, keeping up with the latest technical trends and standards developments in civil engineering.

1. 在海外知名高校取得土木工程、桥梁与隧道工程、道路与铁道工程、岩土工程、工程力学等相关专业博士学位；

2. 具有海外科研机构、设计咨询公司或工程企业两年及以上工作经验，熟悉海外工程项目的技术管理体系与标准应用实践；有中外标准对比、标准编制或国际工程项目经验者优先；

3. 较强的研究和分析能力，能够综合处理和解读复杂的工程技术信息与标准条文；

4. 具备优秀的英文书面与口头表达能力，能够以英语开展工作交流、撰写技术报告与标准文件；掌握第二外语者优先；

5. 高度自我激励，能够独立开展工作，同时具备良好的跨文化沟通能力与团队协作精神；

6. 熟悉有限元分析、桥梁/隧道专业设计软件及 Python、MATLAB 等数据分析工具者优先；

7. 能够根据需要出差进行实地考察、参加国际会议或其他研究相关活动。

1. PhD degree in Civil Engineering, Bridge & Tunnel Engineering, Road & Railway Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, or a related discipline from a well-recognized overseas university;

2. Two or more years of work experience at overseas research institutions, design/consulting firms, or engineering companies, with solid knowledge of overseas project technical management systems and standards practice; experience in standards comparison/development or international engineering projects is preferred;

3. Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize and interpret complex technical information and standard provisions;

4. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, able to conduct work discussions and draft technical reports and standard documents in English; proficiency in a second foreign language is preferred;

5. Highly self-motivated and able to work independently, with strong cross-cultural communication skills and a collaborative team spirit;

6. Proficiency in finite element analysis software, bridge/tunnel engineering design software, and data analysis tools such as Python or MATLAB is preferred;

7. Ability to travel as needed for fieldwork, international conferences, or other research-related activities.
