E-Key Account Manager - Pure Players (Amazon & Mercado Libre) Hello, we're L'Oréal. A Day in the Life You lead the commercial acceleration for our pure player ecosystem across Mexico, steering growth on both Amazon and Mercado Libre. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you take ownership of joint business plans, retail media activation, and operational execution across our diverse brand portfolio. • Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with Amazon and Mercado Libre, setting clear commercial roadmaps, promotional calendars, and growth targets. • Optimise our digital shelf across both platforms, enhancing product content, search rankings, availability, and conversion rates. • Steer retail media investments and full-funnel activation on Amazon Advertising and Mercado Clics to maximise return on ad spend (ROAS). • Partner with Supply Chain and Finance to monitor sell-in, sell-out, demand forecasts, and inventory health, ensuring zero out-of-stock disruptions during peak tentpole events. • Track e-commerce metrics and market dynamics, turning data into actionable category strategies that expand market share. You bring: • Account Management: Proven track record of managing large pure player accounts, specifically Amazon and Mercado Libre, driving commercial negotiations and joint business plans. • Digital Shelf Management: Expertise in managing online assortment visibility, catalog hygiene, algorithmic search ranking, and conversion rate optimisation. • Retail Media Strategy Activation: Practical capability to plan, run, and measure retail media campaigns across retail ad consoles to deliver profitable growth. • Negotiation: Skilled in structuring commercial trade terms, promotional funding, and long-term joint commitments that benefit both sides. • Data Driven Decision Making: Strong ability to leverage platform analytics, sell-out data, and e-commerce KPIs to guide tactical decisions and inventory planning.
