Global Indirect Procurement Strategy & Category Management 全球间接采购策略与品类管理 Develop and implement global indirect procurement strategies aligned with UIH’s business objectives and global expansion plans. 根据联影医疗业务发展战略及全球化布局，制定并推动全球间接采购策略落地。 Manage third-party service procurement categories, including marketing, exhibition and event services, facility management, IT services, professional consulting services, MRO maintenance services, and medical device certification and testing services. 负责第三方服务采购品类管理，包括市场营销、展会及活动服务、物业及基础设施服务、IT服务、专业咨询服务、MRO维护服务以及医疗器械认证检测服务等。 Conduct market research, spend analysis, supplier landscape assessment, and procurement risk evaluation to identify optimization opportunities. 开展市场调研、采购支出分析、供应商市场分析及采购风险评估，识别采购优化机会。

Strategic Sourcing & Commercial Negotiation 战略寻源与商务谈判 Lead end-to-end sourcing processes, including supplier identification, RFI/RFQ/RFP management, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation. 主导采购全流程，包括供应商寻源、RFI/RFQ/RFP流程管理、供应商评估及合同谈判。 Manage negotiations covering pricing, payment terms, service level agreements (SLAs), contractual terms, and risk mitigation requirements. 负责价格、付款条件、服务水平协议（SLA）、合同条款及风险控制要求等关键商务条件谈判。 Drive measurable cost optimization and procurement value creation through strategic procurement initiatives. 通过战略采购项目推动成本优化及采购价值提升。

Global Supplier Management 全球供应商体系建设与管理 Build and maintain domestic and global supplier ecosystems for indirect services. 建立并维护国内及全球第三方服务供应商资源体系。 Lead supplier sourcing, qualification, performance evaluation, improvement tracking, and supplier optimization. 负责供应商寻源、准入审核、绩效评估、改善跟踪及供应商优化。 Establish supplier segmentation and governance mechanisms to improve quality, service capability, competitiveness, and risk management. 建立供应商分级管理机制，提高供应质量、服务能力、成本竞争力及风险管理水平。 Develop strategic partnerships with key suppliers to ensure long-term service stability and business support. 与核心供应商建立战略合作关系，保障长期服务稳定性及业务支持能力。

Procurement Compliance & Process Optimization 采购合规管理与流程优化 Ensure procurement activities comply with UIH policies and applicable domestic and international regulations. 确保采购活动符合联影内部制度及国内外相关法规要求。 Manage procurement risks related to anti-bribery regulations, export controls, data compliance, and supplier compliance requirements. 管理反商业贿赂、出口管制、数据合规及供应商合规等采购风险。 Continuously optimize procurement processes, policies, and tools to improve transparency and operational efficiency. 持续优化采购流程、制度及工具，提高采购透明度和运营效率。

Business Partnership & Team Leadership 项目支持与团队管理 Partner with domestic teams, overseas subsidiaries, manufacturing sites, service organizations, finance, legal, and other functions to support strategic projects. 协同国内业务团队、海外子公司、制造基地、售后服务、财务、法务等部门，支持重点业务项目落地。 Provide procurement support for overseas market expansion, facility setup, and strategic business initiatives. 支持海外市场拓展、海外基地建设及战略业务项目采购需求。 Lead and develop the procurement team to build a high-performing global indirect procurement function. 负责采购团队管理与人才培养，打造高绩效的全球间接采购团队。

Education 学历要求 Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, International Trade, Business Administration, or related disciplines. 本科及以上学历，供应链管理、采购管理、国际贸易、工商管理等相关专业优先。

Professional Experience 工作经验 8+ years of procurement experience with proven expertise in global indirect procurement, third-party service procurement, or strategic sourcing. 8年以上采购相关工作经验，具备全球间接采购、第三方服务采购或战略采购经验。 3+ years of team management experience with proven leadership capability. 具备3年以上团队管理经验，并具备成熟的团队领导能力。 Experience in medical devices, healthcare, manufacturing, high-tech, or multinational companies is preferred. 医疗器械、医疗健康、制造业、高科技或跨国企业采购经验优先。

Language Skills 语言能力 Fluent English communication skills with the ability to use English as a working language. 英语流利，可作为工作语言。 Ability to independently conduct English negotiations, contract discussions, and supplier management with global stakeholders. 能够独立开展英文商务谈判、合同沟通及全球供应商管理。
