Transport Analyst

Monitors the execution of the unit assignment shared by the scheduler, and when necessary makes adjustments to the plan to ensure that the units go on route in a shorter time. Provides entry of transport units to the distribution center, assigns cargo shipment to scheduled units, weighs incoming and outgoing units (in locations with scales), assigns transport unit data to the system, and monitors shipments in the tracking system. Monitors operational KPIs, participates in Operational Excellence systems (creating and closing cards, generating improvement ideas)
