Proactively shape the media narrative on key strategic, business, and reputational priority topics in collaboration with global communication teams. Coordinate news flow and strategic planning across various internal communication departments. Manage issues proactively by networking with content owners and utilizing media monitoring for early detection and timely response. Provide comprehensive media support, including briefings and media training, for Corporate Executive Committee members and subject matter specialists. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key journalists across international, Swiss, financial, and business media. Install and configure communication strategies per guidelines while assisting with the evolution of our digital and social media presence. Who you are A University degree in science, economics, or PR/Communications, paired with a minimum of seven years of professional experience in Corporate Communications or Media Relations within a multinational setting. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and work effectively with senior management. An excellent team player with high integrity, strong listening skills, and the ability to build trust across diverse teams. The resilience to work effectively in a high-pressure environment while managing complex, sensitive topics.
