Lift Service & Callout Engineer - Bristol/Devon

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Lift Service & Callout Engineer to join our South West division based in Bristol/Devon & Somerset, who will be responsible for servicing, repairing and maintaining our clients' elevators across their region. As a Lift Service & Callout Engineer, your day to day will include: Servicing and maintaining customer lifts Carrying out safety checks and risk assessments Planning and managing workload around assigned jobs Responding to emergency breakdowns as directed, identify and rectify faults and report any concerns to the Area Service & Repair Manager Maintaining stock and ordering supplies through our supply chain Recommending parts and equipment that need to be quoted or ordered to keep the lifts compliant Out of hours work on a pro rata basis

NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualifications Hold a full UK Driving License and able to travel Excellent verbal and written communication skills The ability to use your initiative and work well with others Positive attitude and receptive to change Extremely organised Superior customer-care skills The ability to self-assess and take ownership of personal development An advocate for H&S regulations in the workplace
