Finance GBU - BI实施分析师
岗位职责
1. Platform Operations & System Administration
l Own daily operations and administration of enterprise platforms (Snowflake, Oracle EPM / TM1)
l Ensure system stability, performance, data accuracy, and security compliance
l Manage user access, data controls, and governance processes
l Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability
l Drive performance tuning, model optimization, and scalability improvements
l Support audit and compliance

2. BI & Analytics Enablement
l Translate business requirements into scalable BI anddata solutions
l Deliver dashboards, reports, and insights (e.g., via Power BI) to support decision-making
l Support end-to-end solution delivery from design to deployment and optimization
3. Data Management& Modeling
l Perform data transformation and modeling on Snowflake, ensuring accuracy and auditability
l Maintain financial and operational data models aligned with business logic
l Ensure consistency and integrity across data sources
4. Project Delivery& Continuous Improvement
l Participate in or lead projects across data, BI, and finance systems
l Manage scope, timeline, and stakeholder alignment
l Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and vendors to ensure stable and scalable solutions
l Drive automation, standardization, and process improvements
5. Global Collaboration
l Partner with Finance and business teams across regions
l Act as a bridge between business, finance, and IT functions
l Support global communication and collaboration in English
Qualifications
l Proven hands-on experience in enterprise platform operations and system administration, with strong ownership of large-scale platforms
l Solid experience with Snowflake (data platform operations, data modeling, performance optimization) and Oracle EPM / TM1 (system administration, modeling, and operations)
l Experience working in a multinational / global environment, with the ability to collaborate across regions
l Strong English communication skills (written and spoken), able to work effectively with global stakeholders
l Strong technical capability in SQL, Python, Power BI, and enterprise data modeling, with the ability to design scalable data and analytics solutions
l Proficient in Excel and familiar with enterprise financial systems
l Experience applying AI tools in analytics or automation scenarios is a plus
l Good understanding of project delivery and management (scope, timeline, stakeholder coordination)
l Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented, logical, and structured
l Strong ownership, accountability, and professionalism, with effective cross-functional collaboration skills
l Bachelor’s degree or above; major and years of experience are flexible, with demonstrated capability prioritized
