and communicate with them, and make up demand plan for materials.

1.2制定和维护需求预测模型，定期更新和调整预测结果。 1.2 Set up and

maintain demand forecasting models and regularly update and adjust forecasting

1.3负责项目 GMP物料需求管理。项目生产前，跟踪项目排产计划和项目物料准备情况 1.3 Responsible

for GMP material demand management, monitor project production schedule and

project material readiness check

1.4负责协调采购和质量部项目新物料寻源、供应商资质和物料资质认证，并申请物料代码； 1.4 Responsible

for new material sourcing with procurement team、 vendor and

1.5负责项目物料采购控制。根据项目物料清单，识别项目专属物料清单并协调 PM获得合同签订或特批采购后， 通知计划员释放项目专属物料的采购订单； 1.5 Responsible

for GMP material procurement control, identify project specific material list

based on BOM and get procurement approval then inform planner to place orders.

1.6 负责及时处理项目物料异常事件； Solve project

material abnormal events in a timely manner.

1.7 定期更新并识别项目风险物料清单，反馈项目组内部及外部客户 (如需），针对高风险物料，协调相关部门寻找解决方案，降低物料风险； Periodically update and identify

material risk to internal and external customers (as required) of the project

team, coordinate with the related team to find mitigation plan and regularly

update the status. 1.8 项目生产结束后，整理项目剩余专属物料清单用于收费，并根据项目的收费状态对剩余物料进行账务和实物处 理跟踪； After

production finished, sort out the remaining project specific material and

charge them to project clients and tracking status.

2.库存管理 Inventory

2.1监控物料库存水平， 调整到货计划， 确保库存达到优化状态，避免过剩或短缺。 2.1 Monitor

inventory levels and adjust arrival plans to ensure inventory is optimized to

avoid excess or shortage.

2.2制定合适的库存策略，适应公司业务变化，以降低持有成本和风险。 2.2 Develop

appropriate inventory strategies to accommodate changes with the company's

business to reduce costs and risks of ownership.

3.供应计划 Supply planning

3.1制定物料供应计划，跟踪供应商供应计划 以满足需求。 3.1 Develop

material supply plan and track supplier supply plan to meet demand.

3.2与生产、采购、 MSAT、质量、进出口、仓库等各个部门协作，协调外部、内部流程确保供应。 3.2 Cooperate

with production, procurement, MSAT, quality, I&E, warehouse and other

departments to coordinate external and internal processes to ensure supply.

4数据分析与报告 Data Analysis

4.1针对各类供应链数据进行分析，提供决策支持。 4.1 Analyze

various supply chain data and provide decision support.

4.2制作定期的绩效报告和管理报表，分析关键绩效指标（ KPI）。 4.2 Prepare regular performance reports and management

5风险管理 Risk management

5.1识别和评估供应链中的潜在风险， 并和其他部门配合 制定相应的应对策略。 5.1 Identify

and evaluate potential risks of supply and work with other departments to

develop corresponding mitigation strategies.

5.2监测需求、供应的变化，及时调整计划以应对内外部的变化。 5.2 Monitor

changes in demand and supply and adjust plans timely to meet internal and

external changes.

6跨部门协作

6.1与 生产、采购、 MSAT、质量、进出口 、仓库 、 财务等其他部门紧密沟通，确保信息共享和协调。 定期召开或参 与 E&SOP协调会议。 6.1 Communicate closely with production, procurement,

MSAT, quality, I&E, warehouses, finance and other departments to ensure

information sharing and coordination. Periodically conduct or participate in

E&SOP meetings.
