过滤产品工程师（空气处理）

   In charge of the design and development of filtration products. 负责过滤器产品的设计和开发。

2. 02

   Define the correct technical concept in line with the specifications and

described in the master specification. Perform design calculation according to the best engineering practices and applicable standards. 根据项目规范中描述的规格和要求，定义正确的技术概念，并根据最佳工程实践和适用标准进行设计计算。

3. 03

   Setting up test programs in collaboration with technical experts and test engineers. Supervising the testing of prototypes, interpreting test results and processing feedback. 与技术专家和测试工程师合作，制定测试方案。监督样机测试，解释测试结果并处理反馈。

   Leading at regular intervals together with the project team to discuss the status of the project and to take necessary decisions and to take steps to project objectives. 领导项目团队定期讨论项目的状态，并采取必要的决策和步骤来实现项目目标。

   Commissioned by the project sponsor, preparing the business case and master spec. Draft a project plan incl. project scope, PK target, budget and timing that the project is able to deliver the project deliverables within the agreed time and budget in the MS. 协助项目发起人准备商业论证和项目说明书，起草包括项目范围、成本目标、预算、时间在内的项目计划，确保项目能够在项目说明书约定的时间和预算内交付项目可交付成果。

   Host Project Team meeting (PTM) to coordinate all project related matters. Reporting on agreed milestones and gate approval to the steering committee (PCM - Project Committee Meeting, PQM - Project Quality Meeting, etc.) and ensure that any custom schedules and budget changes in MS. 主持项目团队会议(PTM)，协调所有项目相关事宜。并向项目指导委员会(PCM - Project Committee Meeting, PQM - Project Quality Meeting等)汇报商定的里程碑和阶段批准，并确保任何定制时间表和预算的变化。

   Product release in PLM system, incl. BOM (Bill of Material), DN (Design Notification), Drawings, Part list, Specification acc to approved process 在PLM系统中发布包括BOM (零件清单)、DN (设计通知)、图纸、零件清单、规格书等在内的技术文档。

   Responsible for product maintenance. Guarantees product quality. 负责产品维护，确保产品质量。

   Support marketing/sales to evaluate applications and technical possibilities to define the roadmap for product development. 支持市场和销售的需求，评估应用和技术可行性，以确定产品开发路线图。

    Other tasks assigned by your leader. 领导指派的其他任务。 Competence and qualification 岗位任职能力与资格要求： Experience Requirements经验要求 • At least 2 years working experience in filtration engineering and NPD (New Product Development) process, or experience equivalent. 至少2年过滤器工程和新产品开发工作经验, 或者等同经验。

• Design experience of mechanical components (aluminum castings, fabricated vessels or plastic injection molding parts…) is an asset. 有机械零件（铝铸件、压力容器、注塑件等）设计经验者优先。 Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求 • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electromechanical engineering, Electrical engineering or other equivalent engineering. 机械工程、机电工程、电气工程或其他相关工程类专业本科或硕士学历。

• Mandarin mother tongue and good knowledge of English both oral and writing. 普通话为母语，具备良好的英语口语和写作能力。
