生产工程师（Dryer）

   Maintain and update the instructions of assembly, sub-ass and touch up. Guide and supervise workers to follow the instructions strictly。 维护和更新装配和整理指导书。指导和监督工人严格遵守操作规程。

   Be responsible for production line tooling management, design/maintain the reliable, necessary tooling for labor-saving and efficiency improvement.负责生产线工装管理，设计和维护，以节省劳动力和提高效率。

   Be responsible for the new projects being introduced to production successfully. 负责新项目顺利投入生产。

   Balance the manufacturing flow with reasonable and efficient way, and focus on continuous improvement of manufacturing process. 以合理、高效的方式平衡生产流程，关注生产工艺的持续改进。

   Take the lead of TQM in the production line. 在生产线上推行全面质量管理。

   Focus on the cross training of operators, to increase the line flexibility and capacity. 注重对操作工的交叉培训，提高生产线的灵活性和产能。

   Take the lead of trouble shooting for the manufacturing process. 负责解决生产过程中的问题。

   Responsible for production efficiency improve by data collect and analysis. 负责通过数据收集和分析提高生产效率。

   Coordinate with other departments to gain maximum support for production

   Above 2 years relative work experience 2年以上相关工作经验
