产品工程师（能量转换）

   Lead new project of Energy Conversion products, contribute to design of steam compressors, design components and subassemblies for the compressors with a First-Time Right approach. 主导能量转换产品的新项目，参与蒸汽压缩机设计，按“首次即正确”理念设计部件及子组件。

2. 02

   Work closely with Marketing, Sourcing, Production, Quality, and Aftermarket to deliver the projects on time in full. 与市场、采购、生产、质量及售后团队紧密合作，确保项目按时并完整交付。

3. 03

   Set up a time frame taking the available resources and priorities into consideration. 结合资源和优先级制定项目时间计划。

4. 04

   Coordinate tasks to respect to the set planning. 协调各项任务以符合既定计划。

   Prepare technical drawings/specifications/qualification plan, compile reports for PTM/PCM 准备技术图纸/规范/验证计划，并编制PTM/PCM报告。

   Closely get involved with prototype assembly and prototype tests in the lab. 深入参与样机装配及实验室测试工作。

   Play an active role in supplier visits and technical meetings with suppliers together with the Sourcing engineers to have components with the right quality at market-leading cost. 与采购工程师一起参与供应商拜访及技术会议，确保获得高质量且具有成本竞争力的零部件。

   Visit customers to get a better customer understanding and follow-up endurance tests or quality issues. 拜访客户以深入了解需求，并跟踪耐久性测试或质量问题。

   Support product line and service teams with difficult to solve quality issues. 支持产品线和服务团队解决复杂质量问题。

    Work according to a lesson learned approach and believe there is always a better way. 采用经验教训导向的工作方式，并持续追求改进。 Experience Requirements经验要求 • Experience in a product development environment is an asset. • 具有产品开发环境经验者优先。

• Experience in air compressor mechanical design is an asset. • 具有空气压缩机机械设计经验者优先。

• Experience in modularity design is a plus. • 具备模块化设计经验者优先 Knowledge / Educational Requirements / 知识与教育背景 • Master's or bachelor's degree, science and engineering background (prefer one of below: Thermal and Power Engineering, and Chemical mechanical). 本科或硕士学历，理工科背景（优先：热能与动力工程、化工机械等专业）。

• Knowledge of Thermodynamics, compressors. 具备热力学及压缩机相关知识。

• good English reading and written, oral is preferred. 具备良好的英语读写能力，口语能力优先。

• Knowledge of MS Office. Experience with Inventor is an asset. 熟练使用MS Office软件，具备Inventor经验者优先。
