Shift Coordinator(OIS)

1. 01

   主动协调生产资源，独立组织和安排生产，满足部门的KPI要求；对团队成员进行独立公正的考核，平衡和处理团队内部矛盾. Proactively coordinate production resources, independently organize and arrange production to meet the department's KPI

conduct independent and fair assessments of team members, and balance and resolve internal team conflicts.

2. 02

   指导操作员工，协调处理班内异常现象，并及时准确向上级汇报；监督各岗位操作是否按作业指导书执行，确保各表格准确及时填写. Guide operators, coordinate and handle exceptions within the shift, and report to superiors in a timely and accurate manner; supervise whether each position operates according to the job instruction book, and ensure that all forms are accurately and timely filled out.

   进行详细准确的班次间工作交接；负责相关文件或记录的数据统计并填写. Conduct detailed and accurate shift handovers; responsible for data statistics and filling out of related documents or records.

4. 04

   督促执行各责任区域的现场5S，保持工作区域的整洁有序；督促执行设备、工具的维护保养，确保安全生产. Supervise the implementation of 5S in each responsible area, maintaining a clean and orderly work environment; supervise the maintenance and upkeep of equipment and tools to ensure safe production.

5. 05

   加强员工纪律监督，对违纪行为敢于批评指正，并及时汇报；下情上报，上情下传，确保信息流通. Strengthen employee discipline supervision, be willing to criticize and correct disciplinary violations, and report promptly; communicate information upwards and downwards, ensuring smooth information flow.

6. 06

   以身作则，带头遵守公司各项规章制度，养成良好工作习惯；作为其他缺席员工的后备人员完成相应的产出. Lead by example, comply with all company rules and regulations, and develop good work habits; act as a backup for other absent employees to complete the corresponding output.

7. 07

   对BPCS系统数据的准确性负责；对新项目、新流程的导入提供相关支持. Responsible for the accuracy of data in the BPCS system; provide support for the introduction of new projects and processes.

8. 08

   按时完成上级安排的其他相关工作；作为多技能工，随时替补缺勤人员. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors on time; act as a multi-skilled worker, ready to substitute for absent personnel.

9. 09

   当直接主管不在现场时，代理执行主管职责. Act on behalf of the supervisor when they are not on site. Competence and qualification 岗位任职能力与资格要求： Experience Requirements经验要求 • 有一定的生产线协调经验或管理经验. Have some experience in production line coordination or management. • 熟练掌握两种以上机床或装配操作技能. Proficient in operating two or more types of machine tools or assembly skills. Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求 • 专业：机电或相关专业大专以上学历. Major: Associate degree or above in mechatronics or related fields. • 具有较好的英语口语和读写能力，具备良好的计算机应用技能. Good English speaking and writing skills, and good computer application skills. Competency and personality requirements 胜任力与个性要求 • 忠诚（敬业）、独立、主动、自励，以任务为导向，乐于组织并有良好的团队精神.
