质量技术员

1. 01

   Responsible for the entire quality inspection process of pressure pipeline skid-mounted equipment certification, including component inspection, test witnessing, document review, final inspection, and completion documentation. 负责压力管道撬装设备认证的全过程质量检验，包括零部件检验，测试见证，文件审核，最终检验，竣工资料等。

2. 02

   Timely deal with the quality problems of the production line, and give temporary measures to prevent production line from stopping production due to quality problems 及时处理生产线的质量问题，给出临时措施防止产线因质量问题停产

3. 03

   Check new projects or prototype parts，carry out special inspection or audit of questionable parts, non-standard parts or machines 对新项目或新零件检验，对有疑问的零件、非标零件或机器进行特殊检验或审核

4. 04

   Responsible for isolating and handling nonconforming products, checking inventory, supervising on-site rework or return, and completing the process of nonconforming products in BPCS system; analyze quality problems, follow up problem solving 负责隔离、处理不合格品，排查库存，监督现场返工或退货，并在系统中完成不合格品的处理流程，分析质量问题，跟踪问题解决

5. 05

   Update and maintain the templates of relevant certification documents, and manage the archiving of certification files. 更新维护认证相关文件模板，管理存档认证文件

6. 06

   Handle issues related to customer certification and participate in third-party audits 处理客户认证的相关问题，参与第三方审核

岗位任职能力与资格要求 ： Experience Requirements经验要求 At least 3 years working experience in line assembly or inspection 至少3年产线装配或检验经验。 Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求

   High school or technical secondary school or above in mechanical, electrical 机械或电气专业高中或中专或以上学历

2. 02

   Mandarin mother tongue, Master common product descriptions in English 普通话为母语，掌握产品常用英文描述

3. 03

   Knowledge of MS Office and measuring equipment or tools 熟悉办公软件和测量设备或工具

4. 04

   Understand AutoCAD and drawings 了解CAD制图和图纸
