Global Sales Manager

Independently responsible for the full-cycle global sales business of the company’s products, including market development, customer development, business negotiation, order signing and after-sales follow-up.

Work closely with AC Group affiliates in other countries to formulate global sales strategies and marketing plans, expand overseas sales channels, and raise the global market share of Shareway products.

Act as the liaison point for sales, service and other activities of AC Group affiliates in other countries, build a communication bridge covering technology, production and commercial affairs.

Maintain close communication with AC Group Headquarters to ensure Shareway’s products comply with the AC Group’s technical specifications and global sales strategies.

Complete company’s annual global sales targets, regularly report sales progress, market situation and customer dynamics, and optimize sales plans in a timely manner.

Cooperate with the company’s technical and service teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer demand delivery.

Complete other related tasks assigned by line manager.

Working Location: Based in China, able to adapt to frequent overseas business trips.

Language Skill: Fluent in English (oral, listening, reading and writing), capable of independent overseas business negotiation, technical communication and client reception without language barriers.

Industry Knowledge: Familiar with the semiconductor industry market layout, development trends and professional semiconductor technologies; proficient in the production processes and operation logic of semiconductor fabs.

Product Expertise: Familiar with core product characteristics, technical parameters, application scenarios and market conditions of vacuum pumps and scrubbers, with relevant industry sales experience preferred.

Personal Quality: Strong market acumen, independent work ability, high execution and pressure resistance, with global business vision and team collaboration awareness.
