As a Pricing & Quoting Solutions Specialist in our Corporate Functions team become the heart of our organization by developing strategies, refining processes, and implementing initiatives that empower our business to thrive. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role As a Pricing & Quoting Solutions Specialist, you will become a trusted Infineon expert for global pricing and quoting processes and tools, supporting both internal and external users. Play a central role in implementing the new Price Model in Infineon’s new pricing and quoting tool for Direct and Distribution business, translating requirements into scalable solutions and supporting process automation Gather and write clear business requirements and test steps, align enhancement priorities across regions and functions, and execute user acceptance tests to ensure solutions meet business needs Create and maintain clear, up-to-date training materials and process documentation for Infineon’s pricing tools Coordinate operational projects from planning through execution, ensuring effective stakeholder alignment and timely delivery Manage user access and authorizations for Infineon’s pricing tools Serve as the interface to IT, escalating tool issues, coordinating resolution, and following through on corrective actions Engage Sales and Marketing teams through regular webinars on pricing and quoting tools, processes, and best practices

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A degree in Business Administration or a comparable field of study At least one year of experience in pricing, marketing, or a related function; experience in the technology industry is highly preferred A structured, reliable working style and the ability to take ownership and work independently Curiosity and enthusiasm for new tools, automation, AI, and business concepts A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, combined with a sense of urgency and strong attention to detail Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to engage diverse audiences and present to larger groups Fluency in English Please send us your CV in English. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
