Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Hardware & software setup: You will set up hardware and software for an embedded memory characterization bench Program development: You will drive the creation of a characterization program for embedded memories Device testing: You perform measurements of memories embedded within microcontroller devices Performance analysis: You will be responsible for systematic studies of the performance and interactions of the read and write operations Statistical analysis: You will ensure the development of analysis routines for evaluation of characterization results

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Study field: You are currently studying electrical engineering, information or communication technology or similar Skills: You possess good programming skills (Python, etc.) Experience: You are able to demonstrate knowledge in the field of electrical measurements and measurement automation Expertise: You bring expertise in mixed-signal design and characterization of semiconductor devices Interests: You already gained knowledge about memory devices Language skills: You are able to communicate in English fluently Please attach the following documents to your application: CV in English Certificate of enrollment at university Excerpt of the study regulations for the mandatory internship (if applicable) Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months) High school report #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
