Roles/Responsibilities
职责
Complete the project transfer work on time and with high quality. Including technology transfer of new product analysis methods in the cell Lab and transfer of the new project cell bank and the establishment, release and stability testing of the corresponding cell bank.
按时并高质量的完成项目转移工作。包括新项目细胞活性分析方法技术转移，新项目细胞库的转移及对应细胞库的建库、放行及稳定性检测等。
Responsible for cell lab routine test work;
负责开展细胞实验室的日常测试工作；
Drafting and updating the operating procedure documents, WI and records of the cell lab to ensure compliance with regulatory
任职要求
起草和更新细胞实验室相关的操作规程文件及WI、记录等，确保其符合法规要求；
Responsible for validation, daily maintenance and cleaning of the equipment, ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
负责设备验证及日常维护和清洁工作，保证仪器正常运行。
Responsible for related Deviation/Change Control/OOS/OOT etc. of the cell lab.
负责细胞实验室相关偏差、变更、OOS/OOT等。
Follow up the progress of cell lab project and coordinate with other departments.
负责跟进实验室项目进度及与其他部门协调沟通工作。
Responsible for new employee training.
负责新员工的培训工作。
Follow the company EHS policy and procedure; fulfill responsibility of EHS related regulation, timely report EHS accident and risk.
遵守公司各项EHS规章制度；履行EHS相关法规责任，及时汇报EHS相关的事故及隐患。
Any other assignment as is determined by supervisor.
完成上级安排的其他工作。

Education/ Professional Qualification
学历/专业资格
Bachelor or above degree in Pharmaceutical, Chemical, biological or related field.
药学、化学、生物学或相关学科学士或以上学位。
Technical/Skills Required
技术/技能需求
Familiar with cell based methods and related instruments.
熟悉细胞检测相关方法及仪器的使用。
Familiar with validation and transfer of cell analysis methods.
熟悉细胞分析相关方法验证及方法转移。
Good communication and problem solving ability.
良好的沟通和处理、分析问题的能力。
Familiar with GMP system and lab investigation.
熟悉GMP 体系和实验室调查
Working Experience
工作经验
• 3 years or above working experience for Bachelor or Master in biopharmaceutical analysis or management in pharmaceutical industry.
硕士或者学士3年以上医药行业生物制药分析或管理经验。
Language, Computer Literacy, Office Software, etc.
语言能力，电脑知识，办公软件等
Good English and computer skill.
英语水平良好，熟练使用电脑。
Good at Softmax software
