• Contribute to the PLC team's revenue targets by managing and executing customer projects, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Manage external chemical synthesis projects by coordinating with FTE/FFS teams, resolving technical challenges, ensuring timely project completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Design synthetic routes and independently perform organic synthesis, including reaction screening, optimization, scale-up (gram-scale and above), and purification.
• Proficient in compound characterization and data interpretation using NMR, HPLC/GC, and MS techniques.
• Prepare experimental records and project progress reports, represent the company in client meetings, and build strong domestic and international client relationships to facilitate the transition of R&D projects into CMC programs.
• Strictly adhere to laboratory EHS standards and safety regulations, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and uphold the WBS and PROUD corporate culture to drive continuous improvement in CRDMO operations while promoting the company's reputation and professional image.

Education level

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Organic Chemistry (preferred), Applied Chemistry, or Medicinal Chemistry, with a strong background in organic synthesis.

Work experience          

 (years / professional experience / industry experience / management experience)

·        0-3 years of relevant experience.

·        Solid foundation in organic synthesis, with the ability to independently perform reactions, purification, and analytical characterization using NMR, HPLC/GC, and MS.

·        Experienced in managing FTE/FFS projects, coordinating with external partners, and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery in accordance with contractual requirements.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office, ELN, ChemDraw, MNova, and other scientific software for documentation and data analysis.

Professional knowledge & Capability requirements

·        Detail-oriented and responsible, with strong teamwork, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Language skills

·        Moderate to good English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with the ability to read scientific literature, participate effectively in meetings, and communicate with colleagues in both English and Chinese.

Other Special Requirements

·        Experience in multistep/complex molecule synthesis and CRO/CDMO project execution.

·        Good communication and teamwork ability.
