Eco-System Product Integration

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the analysis and definition of the business and system

• , recommends solutions to improve the clients’ business processes.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the project manager, clearly communicating requirements, project scope, and solution designs.
• Manage project scope by ensuring business requirements are tracked and aligned with the agreed-upon deliverables.
• Develop and maintain in depth expertise in the company's products and services.
• Support discovery sessions to understand the client’s fund structure, workflow mapping, scope of work and bespoke requirements.
• Delegate tasks among staff members to maintain workplace productivity.
• Track and report on implementation project status to all internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful resolution of system integration.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Proven process knowledge and experience in system and solution design.
• A background in product management is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience with project management tools is a plus.
