Business: PB and AM Tech Principal responsibilities Accountable for Trust Future State Architecture projects implementation through the agile development lifecycle. Clarify requirement from key business stakeholders and sponsors in organized way. Contribute to hands-on system architectural design and implementation Work closely with cross-functional teams and software vendor to ensure deliveries in schedule with good quality. Stay at the forefront of AI and agent advancements, adapting the agent framework to leverage evolving industry technologies.

Strong ability to communicate technical trade-offs and design decisions in a cross-regional, English-speaking environment. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills, with a proven ability to deliver mission-critical projects with high quality results under tight schedule and high pressure. Strong hands-on software development experience, and delivering high-quality, complex system solutions end-to-end.
