原型验证工程师(J14635)

Job Responsibility:

1. Design and implement FPGA based SoC prototyping for SSD controller or other mobile storage controllers

2. ASIC to FPGA porting, constraint, and integration

3. FPGA prototyping SoC system debug and bringup

4. RTL design and verification for some IPs

5. Implement test functions for ASIC code, such as Error Injection, statistics, speed adaption, etc.

6. Define requirements of hardware tooling for SoC peripheral validation

7. Prototyping platform maintenance and management

Required Qualifications:

1. B. Sc. or above degree with major on EE, CC or Automation etc.

2. More than 5 years working experience on FPGA design and verification

3. More than 3 years working experience on SoC prototyping & Pre-silicon validation

4. Experience on Xilinx PCIe IP applications

5. Good Knowledge on SoC prototyping process, knowledge on digital design and SoC integration

6. Extensive experience with ARM/ARC/RISCV CPU debug techniques and methodologies.

7. Skillful on lab instruments operations, such as Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, PCIe/NVMe analyzer and so on

8. Good written and spoken English is required

The below knowledge and skills are plus:

1. PCIe, NVMe, DDR, ONFI, UFS, MIPI protocol and application

2. Experience on HAPS/Protium/APS/S2C platform

3. SSD controller HW validation and debug experience

4. Knowledge of NAND flash: Timing / CMD sequence / Cell principle
