Sr. Account Manager

Work role: · The account manager is to drive business growth with assigned key accounts through new applications, new projects and new products development, increase business share in target customers in OEM segment. · Develop and execute action plans to enable customers partners and distributors to achieve sales targets · Develop and prepare relevant customer strategy for assigned key accounts based on the guideline and coach · Generate customer visit report and pipeline timely by using Salesforce, provide regular high/low lights as well as key customer intelligence · Build-up strong business acumen and market intelligence to identify, analyze and monitor potential business growth opportunities, understand competitive factors to support the business growth · Understand market trends and the needs of assigned customers, transfer the potential needs to marketing and technical team to develop new products · Monitor competitor activities and boldly gain share via competitor conversion.
