   Collect and analyze technical

for overseas ESS projects;

   Communicate with clients and design ESS solutions based on client needs, prepare bidding documents;

   Identify technical risks and resolving system issues during project implementation;

   Prepare and negotiate technical agreements;

   Maintain client relationships and explore client needs and information;

   Collect and analyze technical requirements of the local market, transforming them into competitive product demands. Requirements:

   Bachelor's degree or above in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power grid, mechanical and automation, or other science and engineering majors;

8. 02

   Familiar with renewable energy power generation systems or power transformation and distribution systems;

9. 03

   Experience in microgrid energy storage system development, familiar with grid-forming PCS (Power Conversion System) technology;

10. 04

    Familiar with the development processes and requirements of energy storage projects in overseas regions;

11. 05

    Priority given to those with 5 years or more of experience in energy project (energy storage, photovoltaic, power generation, etc.) ;

12. 06

    Ability to read various English technical specifications and papers, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing;

    Excellent user needs analysis capabilities and customer relationship management skills;

14. 08

    Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, presentation skills, execution ability, and logical thinking skills.
