Operations Manager - South Coast Plaza

Retail Operations is the “go to” person on all store standard operating procedures & ensures the balance between procedural compliance of the network and resource optimization therefore ensuring the retail teams ultimate focus is on enhancing the Client Experience.

The key responsibilities of the Operations Manager include: Oversee daily operational effectiveness and develop store operations strategy. Manage product flow, after-sales processes, and inventory control. Ensure maintenance, store upkeep, and asset protection. Administer and enforce policies, ensuring health and safety compliance. Manage schedules and collaborate with management to optimize operations. Enhance sales, customer service, and stock management. Provide advisement and support to the Store Director with innovative solutions to complex business challenges. The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $115,000 - $125,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
