Asset Protection Manager

In this pivotal multi-store level leadership role, the Louis Vuitton Asset Protection Manager will drive store safety, loss prevention initiatives, and risk mitigation strategies through key responsibilities including: Asset Protection & Loss Mitigation: Implementing standards and procedures to control internal and external loss, enforcing company policies, monitoring internal controls, maintaining a perpetual awareness of inventory risks, and managing physical security systems. Management, Training & Team Engagement: Managing, training, and developing security staff members, motivating store personnel to embrace loss prevention techniques, and collaborating closely with store management on security and personnel procedures. Safety & Emergency Response: Protecting employees and maintaining ongoing awareness and training around safety issues, fraud prevention, and emergency response protocols. Reporting & Collaboration: Providing weekly quantitative and qualitative reports on losses, recoveries, and policy violations to department leaders and store management, while serving as a key partner for store operations.
