Your Development Journey

- 1-Year HQ Rotation: Gain hands-on experience across Sales Support, Production, Brand, and Marketing teams to build a well-rounded understanding of the business.

- Market Experience & Overseas Assignment: Gain frontline market experience, gradually take on business responsibilities, and take on overseas assignments based on business needs and individual capabilities.

- Channel Development: Develop and maintain relationships with overseas distributors and key accounts.

- Market Insights: Analyze sales channels, competitors, and consumer needs to identify business opportunities.

- Local Marketing: Support the development and execution of localized marketing strategies and product promotions.

- Business Growth: Work towards sales targets and coordinate order fulfillment and payment collection to drive business growth.
