1. Lead New Product Launch project. Identity project target and resource requirements. Organize project team, establish timelines and deliverables, achieve timely product launch according to client requirement.

2. Manage order execution of commercialized product. Coordinate cross functional departments and assign clear task to each function. Closely monitor order progression/risks to ensure product is supplied on time in full.

3. Organize regular commercial project meetings, prepare meeting agenda and minutes, and follow through action items.

4. Support BD in commercial contract negotiation to win the business.

5. Support quality team in deviation/OOX investigation and facilitate communication with clients. Escalate to Sr. management in STA as proper.

6. Work with technical teams in production improvement, and implement post-launch changes on commercial product according to client requirements.

7. Serve as single point of contact for client, manage day-to-day communications.

8. Provide support to BD on customer visits, conferences, or tradeshows.

9. Ensure the satisfaction of client through the product life cycle, and support BD to expand business opportunities.

1. Master or Ph. D in pharmaceutical formulation development or equivalent degree.

2. Knowledge, training or experiences on pharmaceutical formulation development, pharmaceutical product analysis, registration, GMP regulations, production, and supply.

3. Excellent oral and written skill in English and Mandarin.

4. 5+ years in CRO, CMO or Pharma.

5. Excellent communication skill, result- driven and team player. Fast learner preferred for junior candidate.

6. Demonstrated skills on project management and supply chain management, in cross functional/global environment.
