根据学校信息化建设发展需求，协助开展校园信息化系统的前端开发与优化工作，按需参与后端设计与开发，保障系统高可用性与跨端兼容性。

快速响应并解决生产环境中的各类问题与故障，持续优化系统稳定性、运行性能及用户使用体验。

紧密配合校内业务部门及产品团队，深度参与需求分析、技术方案设计与项目迭代实施等全流程工作。

参与项目前后端技术选型、系统架构优化及代码开发规范的制定工作

本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程及相关专业。

具备前端或后端开发实践经验，有全栈开发经验者优先，拥有复杂系统开发及高并发场景处理经验者优先。

精通HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript/TypeScript，熟悉前端性能优化方法，掌握响应式布局、移动端适配及浏览器兼容解决方案。

熟练掌握Vue、React等主流前端框架，熟悉Vite、Webpack等工程化构建工具，具备组件化开发实战经验。

熟练掌握一门后端开发语言（GoLang优先），熟悉微服务架构，了解Nginx配置及CI/CD自动化部署流程；具备复杂业务系统架构设计、数据一致性处理经验者优先。

具备良好的中英文读写及沟通表达能力，拥有优秀的团队协作意识。

有财务相关系统开发经验、具备良好的业务数据敏感度者优先；深入理解用户体验与交互流程，能够快速捕捉用户需求，具备良好的产品思维。 This is a Mainland appointment, and the appointee will be offered a contract by HKUST(GZ) entity in accordance with the Mainland labor laws and regulations.
