Tax Compliance Operation Manager

Lead accurate and timely tax compliance operations across assigned legal entities. Review tax returns, payments, reconciliations and supporting documentation to ensure quality and compliance. Partner with Tax, Accounting and business teams to resolve issues and effectively manage compliance risks. Lead root-cause analysis and implement sustainable process improvements. Coach and develop team members, strengthening both technical expertise and operational capabilities. Drive simplification, standardization, automation and digital transformation initiatives. Lead the implementation and expansion of global projects.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Tax or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in tax, accounting, financial reporting and/or audit. CTA, CPA, ACCA or an equivalent professional qualification is preferred. Strong understanding of accounting and tax processes, controls and governance. Proven people leadership and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. Proficient in English, with the ability to work effectively in an English-speaking professional environment.
