Project Engineer
岗位职责
1. Responsibility for common engineering projects from

2. Managing the content, priority, risk management, quality, schedule, support of the project
3. Receive & understand requirements from
4. Product Managers & other requirements providers
5. Matrix management facing groups both within and external to the division
Qualifications:
1. Over 3 years of experience in emiconductor equipment or high-precision capital equipment delivery experience is strongly preferred.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above in Microelectronics, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Precision Instrument, Materials or related science/engineering fields; Master’s degree is a plus.
3. Strong technical product and system understanding, familiar with vacuum, gas panel, chiller, robot, electrical control and other sub-systems.
4. Strong management skills in a complex and dynamic environment
5. Excellent inter-personal & communication skills
6. Good understanding of product development processes (Agile、Waterfall、IPD)，PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
7. Highly motivated & fast learning, willing to continuously build knowledge on semiconductor equipment and manufacturing process.
8. Advantage for candidates with multidisciplinary work experience,
