肿瘤内科病房护士 Oncology Inpatient Nurse
岗位职责
ESSENTIAL TASKS:
1.Assess plan, implement and evaluate the nursing care of patients throughout the hospitalization.
2.Document accurately and concisely the care provided and its outcome.
3.Carry out investigation and treatment prescribed by the physician.
4.Participate actively in physician’s round.
5.Prepare and assist physician with procedures.
6.Follow - up to ensure continuity of patient care and treatment plan.
7.Deliver safe and competent nursing care.
8.Demonstrate clinical skills, knowledge and critical thinking in the delivery of patient care.
9.Provide patient / family information and education on disease prevention, process and rehabilitation.
10.Manage complex patient care in critical care area.
11.Maintain and care in the use of the equipment and supplies.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:
1.Hold current PRC nursing license.
2.Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with 3 years of related acute care settings.
3.Overseas experience

4.Valid certifications (BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, etc.) per hospital policy.
5.Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, HIS.
6.Able to communicate in English.
