Portfolio Officer – Cityplaza, Island Place or associated retail portfolios

Responsible for the leasing and property management of Cityplaza, Island Place or associated retail portfolios

Supervise the daily management and operation of Cityplaza Ice Palace

Coordinate with the technical team for handover and takeback of premises to ensure quality management services are delivered to tenants

Follow up on tenants’ fitting-out submissions and work programs to ensure all fit-out requirements are fulfilled

Assist in coordinating estate management / mall common areas tasks

Assist in leasing discussions to increase occupancy, including negotiating terms with prospects and drafting tenancy agreements and other legal documents

Handle all leasing-related enquiries from tenants and agencies effectively, maintaining strong relationships and close communication with tenants

Monitor the collection of rent and other charges, and minimize arrears

Prepare regular reports and conduct market research

University graduate in real estate, property management or related disciplines

Minimum 2 years’ working experience with 1 years’ experience in retail leasing/management

Good negotiation and communication skills

Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese

Good PC skills on MS Office
