1. Professional Technology and Project Management

Responsible for reviewing technical solutions, risk assessment, and certification project management for energy storage systems and related products, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards according to internal and external

必备条件：

电气、电子、自动化或相关工程专业本科及以上学历。

至少8年电气产品安全、测试或认证相关工作经验，其中包含至少5年专注于储能系统（ESS）领域的经验。

精通电池结构、技术路线、生产工艺及工作原理，熟悉PCS、BMS等关键部件。

深刻理解并熟练掌握储能相关国际与国内核心标准，如IEC 62933, UL 9540A, UL 1973, IEC 62477, VDE 2510等。

出色的中英文沟通、协调及表达能力，能够与国内外客户和团队进行高效技术交流。

优秀的自主学习能力，对新技术、新产品充满好奇，乐于接受挑战。

优先条件：

具备电芯/模组、PCS或BMS的实际测试经验。

拥有在检测认证机构、知名储能企业或研究院所的工作背景。

有成功的检测认证新项目或新方法开发经验。

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or related engineering fields.

- At least 8 years of work experience in electrical product safety, testing, or certification, including at least 5 years focused on Energy Storage Systems (ESS).

- Proficient in battery structure, technology, production process, and working principles, and familiar with key components like PCS and BMS.

- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with core international and domestic ESS standards, such as IEC 62933, UL 9540A, UL 1973, IEC 62477, VDE 2510, etc.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills in both Chinese and English, able to engage in effective technical discussions with both domestic and international clients and teams.

- Great self-learning ability, curious about new technologies and products, and open to challenges.

Preferred:

- Practical testing experience with battery cells/modules, PCS, or BMS.

- Work experience at testing and certification agencies, well-known ESS companies, or research institutes.

- Experience in successfully developing new testing or certification projects/methods.
