Department Positioning: AI-enabled Enterprise Transformation The Digital Innovation Department combines management consulting, enterprise technology and delivery disciplines to help clients translate transformation priorities into operating models, systems, governance and measurable business outcomes. Our work spans digital strategy, enterprise applications, data and analytics, AI-enabled solutions, programme delivery and long-term capability building. •Enterprise transformation planning and delivery governance for complex, multi-stakeholder programmes. •Global rollout and cross-border coordination across business, finance, technology and external delivery teams. •AI, data and digital technologies applied to practical business processes and management decision-making. Role Description As Manager - Global IT Programme PMO, you will provide disciplined programme coordination and governance for a complex IT program (multiple projects) serving an well-known international organisation. This is a hands-on delivery role, not an administrative support position. You will help convert discussions into decisions and actions, maintain dependable programme controls, and keep global and local stakeholders aligned to a shared delivery plan. Establish and run the programme governance cadence, including workstream forums, programme status reviews, steering materials, decision follow-up, concise agendas and management-ready readouts in English. Consolidate plans from business, finance, technology, data, integration, testing, change and third-party workstreams into an integrated programme plan; maintain a reliable view of milestones, critical path, deliverables, readiness conditions and ownership. Identify sequencing conflicts, plan gaps and critical dependencies across global template and local deployment teams; facilitate resolution and escalate unresolved matters with a clear statement of impact, options and recommended next action. Own the programme RAID log, decision log and action tracker. Ensure every item has an accountable owner, due date, impact assessment, mitigation or resolution path, and appropriate escalation route. Produce high-quality weekly and monthly status reporting, executive summaries, milestone dashboards and meeting packs. Highlight material changes, overdue actions, delivery risks and decisions needed in a concise, evidence-based format. Act as a trusted coordination point between global programme leadership, local business representatives, functional leads, technology teams and external delivery partners; support clear English and Chinese communication across time zones. What This Contract Role Offers A fixed-term engagement from July 2026 to February 2027 on a high-impact international transformation programme. Direct exposure to senior global and local stakeholders, with the opportunity to strengthen programme-governance and cross-border delivery capability. Competitive monthly compensation of approximately RMB 30,000, calibrated to relevant experience, capability and the overall package.

Qualifications •Bachelor's degree or above in business, information systems, finance, engineering, management, supply chain, computer science or a related discipline. •5-8+ years of PMO, programme coordination, project management or transformation-office experience in a multinational, cross-border or international matrix environment. •Experience supporting a complex enterprise systems implementation, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP, finance transformation, supply-chain transformation or a comparable global platform rollout. •Demonstrated ability to manage integrated plans, RAID logs, dependency tracking, governance forums, action closure and executive reporting. •Experience coordinating business and technology stakeholders, including external vendors, system integrators or other third-party delivery parties. •Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to independently draft and facilitate senior-level English communications. Strong Chinese communication skills are also required. •Structured thinking, sound judgement and confidence to identify ambiguity, seek facts, challenge incomplete updates constructively and drive decisions to closure. •Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, plus proficiency with project-management and collaboration tools; PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or equivalent certification is preferred.
