• Own the end-to-end Digital Lab Solution strategy and roadmap

3.2 Integrated Solution Architecture Leadership｜一体化架构领导

• Define and own end-to-end system architecture across:

o AI / data platforms

o IT systems

o Automation systems

o Workflow design

• Ensure consistency and scalability of solution architecture

4. Qualifications任职资格

4.1 Education教育背景

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.

4.2 Experience工作经验

• 12–15+ years in healthcare IT / digital solutions / system integration 

• Proven experience leading complex system-level solution delivery

• Experience managing cross-domain teams (AI / IT / automation) 

• Experience in platform-based or ecosystem-driven organizations
