Lead and collaborate with team members to integrate AI methods into the research process; Lead the team to conduct computational simulation in quantum mechanics, molecular dynamics, thermodynamics, electrochemistry, kinetics and mechanical properties, with the ability to apply to new problems flexibly; Conduct research on new technologies and methods of artificial intelligence to promote innovation and development of the company in the field of artificial intelligence; Conduct preliminary research, forecasting, and medium- to long-term planning for the company's AI strategy. Stay informed of AI advancements and identify strategic opportunities for the company's AI initiatives.

PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, AI, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical, or other related technical field; At least two years of relevant research experience in thermodynamics, electrochemistry, kinetics, and mechanical aspects, and applying AI/ML methodologies in research. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in professional English. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
